Hi, how do u create a occupancy chart like this in powerbi? I am using line and stacked column chart but i am not getting it.

Depending on your description, you want to create visuals in Power BI that resemble those in your pictures. I'm sorry, I don't quite understand what the "occupancy chart" needs to show.
But if you want to show occupancy in different categories, you can try using the "100% Stacked Column Chart".
Power BI 100% stacked column chart is used to display relative percentage of multiple data series in Stacked columns, where the total (cumulative) of each Stacked columns always equals 100%.
