How to create a most recent 8 week period based on a fiscal year

Hello team,

I would like to create a report based on most recent 8 week period( including current week) based on fiscal year . Below are details 

Weeks should be like this : Fiscal week : Saturday - Friday and labels should look like Month(week begining date-week ending date) . 

Please assist
