I have created the below measure to catergorise different values;
Grade | Tier | Category | EmployeeCount |
A | 1 | Above High | 15 |
A | 1 | Below Entry | 12 |
A | 1 | Above Entry & Below Mid | 3 |
A | 2 | Above High | 18 |
A | 2 | Below Entry | 12 |
Grade | Tier | Category | EmployeeCount |
A | 1 | Above Entry | 30 |
