Sorry that similar feature is not currently supported in PowerBi.

Similar ideas have been submitted to the Idea Forum.

@kentyler I guess the hack would be to overlap the line chart over the area chart and make line chart background transparent or maybe with Charticulator you can create a custom visual. I never used it but it is an option.
