How to create Hierarchies that has multiple branches across rows/columns

I have a scenario in which I m developing a hierarchy from multiple columns.  I have pulled the columns that are need for the  hierarchy development in the table below.

The hierarchy should look like below.

HRCHY_PARENT_WP >> HRCHY_PARENT_ASSNMNT>>HRCHY_WP1>>HRCHY_assnmnt1>>HRCHY_WP2>>HRCHY_Assnmnt2

I tried PATH functions to create hierarchy but this scenario has data across 4 columns I'm unable to achieve that. 

Is there anyworkaround to create a hierachy like this,. Thanks in advance for the help.

This might have to be modified from the underlying data source.

You may need to combine 4 columns of data into 2 columns to turn it into a data model similar to the one shown below:
