    Hi, try with this calculated column

     

    Unique =
IF (
    CALCULATE (
        MAX ( Table1[Date] );
        FILTER ( Table1; Table1[ID] = EARLIER ( Table1[ID] ) )
    )
        = Table1[Date];
    "Yes";
    "No"
)
