How to count cumulative active ticket ?

Hi, I need to count the total active open ticket per month/Year, so suppose a ticket in open in Aug-2019 and closed at Oct 2019, then for Oct-2019 I need to count the ticket no of Aug-2019, Sep2019 ...

Hi Sir,

You always helped me to achieve my goal , thaks for shaing the pbix file . All

I wrong was I have used SUMX function in the calculate function:

CALCULATE ( sumx([Outstanding Tickets]), FILTER ( ALL ( 'Date'[Date] ), 'Date'[Date] <= MAX ( 'Date'[Date] ) ), 'Date'[Date] <= __lastDate )
but I was wrong!!
