How to correctly group two columns in a matrix

I am creating a matrix in Power BI where I would like to group the column PRODUCT by NAME as follows:

I am trying to do the same in a matrix in Power BI but I can't get it, I try to move the columns to the Rows section, but they only remain in a staggered way like this:

I also tried by changing the column PRODUCT to the Columns section but still I can't get it either.

I would like to know if there is a way to group the columns as found in the first image that I shared with you, I appreciate anyone who can give me an orientation.

@sebastianslz Turn off stepped-layout in the Format pane. I believe it is under Rows.
