Hello amitchandak :
These articles not points to a valid solution. They doesn't work. The new file can't not be displayed by excel. I am looking for a valid action. If anybody knows please let us know. Thank you.

This is hit and miss, only works if xls has a single tab, you use a Create file action and on the file name you put:
replace(item()?['name'],'.xls','.xlsx')on file content you put:base64ToBinary(item()?['contentBytes'])
