How to convert PBI license from monthly to yearly ?

Hi All

Now every month PBI invoice me USD 11 to my credit card. 

I like to change to yearly. Can some one advise how to make changes ?

So that i don't have to claim from my account monthly.

When i click the link you send me. it go to below page , i need to login , when i click log in , it jump to my Web Service. So i am unable to open a ticket.
