    1) Please Authenticate .duckdb database while connecting.

    2) Check DSN Configuration:

If the connection fails, ensure that the file path to the DuckDB database in the ODBC settings is accurate.

    3)Permissions:

Verify that Power BI has access to the location where the DuckDB file is stored.

    4)Firewall/Drivers:

Ensure there are no firewall restrictions or driver issues affecting the connection.

If it helps Kudos to work and Accept it as Solution.

      2) How to check this? In windows there is the option to configure it, not check it.

      3) If ineed to trust specific location like in Excel?

      4) There is no firewall

Thank you once again for help,

Thanks for the reply from elitesmitpatel, please allow me to provide another insight.
    Hi jaryszek ,

You can use this custom connector to connect to the duckdb database (.db file)

MotherDuck-Open-Source/duckdb-power-query-connector: DuckDB Power Query Custom Connector by MotherDuck

In my testing, this custom connector worked well to create reports using data from the duckdb database.
