Hi there,
I work with Actian Vector - the Vectorwise database has been rebranded to Vector,
The Vector databse can be connected to Power BI using the Datta source 'other' which will provide the ODBC option.
To use this method go to the Actian download sitre esd.actian.com and choose the "Ingres drivers" option "Client Runtime" and platform "Windows 64-bit"
Once youhave the driver installed you will be able to connect using Power BI ->
Create a system DSN for yoru database
Get Data --> more options --> Other --> ODBC
The new products like " Actian X " / Vector and Vector in Hadoop can all be used with Power BI in this way.
You will need to join the Actian Community to download the Vector Drivers
