How to connect Synoptic Panel (OKViz) to a remote map on Azure

I am trying to connect to remote maps (data-driven) in Azure.  The svg file is stored as a blob in Azure.  I use the SAS generated URL that is saved in the sql db.      The link to the image works fine using "Image" and "Ultimate Decomposition tree" visualizations.   

However, the following error appears when I try to use the image in synoptic panel.  Can anyone help?

Hi FHSPBI,

As mentioned in How to use Synoptic Panel provided by okviz, "If you want to display multiple (dynamic) maps, you can bind a measure returning remote URLs to the Maps field. Please, note that the URLs must be public, under HTTPS, on a CORS-enabled server, and you have to be connected to Internet to display it, otherwise you will see the following error message."
