How to connect Power BI to QPR AWS RDS SQL tables

I encountered issue to connect to QPR AWS RDS SQL tables via Power BI.

I have tried out several ways but it doesn't work. Which connection should I use?

I have following details:

Server: xspw62f622s

Database name:  pmp2-prod-emea

Full address: pmp2-prod-emea.cq70rb3s2rvw.eu-west-1.rds.amazonaws.com

Port: 1433

and the credentials I used is a PAM service account, which I use Alternative windows credentails on PBI.

@alice11987 , Hope you have opened port access from RDS.check the security group rules and ensure that your Power BI computer is allowed to connect to the instance
