How to compute the differences in 2 matrixes using variations of the same measure

I currently have two matrixes. Each displays data of the same measure cut by a different slicer for comparison purposes:

I'd like to be able to get the difference between all values in each column and display these in a third matrix/table on the same dashboard:

Third matrix would display:

Unit Column

Cell 1 = 46,563 - 40,326

Cell 2 = 47,011 - 39,010

and so on.

Is there an easy way to do this?
