How to compare two the time scheduled vs time actual

Good day community, 

I have to compare the time the agent took break vs the time schedule break.

First, I would like to identify which was the first break and the second break, both are in the same columm.

Second, compare the 2 time frames. I have noticed that PBI filled the rows blank and duplicate the information as you can see below.

In this case if compare the first time frame vs second time frame: its 0 because the break was taken at the scheduled time frame, but if the agent for some reason take the break at a difference time frame I would like to know the difference in minuntes 

 

E.X

Break segments was scheduled at 10 am and the agent took the segment at 8.55 am
