How to compare text in many columns with a reference column

Hi

I have 100s of equipment configuration files which I've managed to get into the below matrix (super excited)

Is it possible to compare each of these text columns with a reference column? And change colour if different?

Example below- text values that do not match the green columns are highlighted red?

Hope that makes sense- I'm new to PowerBI

Please use conditional formatting -> background color
