How to compare text based on dax filter condition

I have the below table and reured data is in output column.

Need hlpe below logic is in power bi dax column 

if ID both in A & b type then Complete
if id in A type started
if id in B type inprogress

ID	Type	output
P139	A	Complete
P139	B	Complete
P1216	A	Started
P4031	B	Inprogress
