How to combine similar measures into one matrix?

I made several measures off of my data: Avg(x), Max(x), Min(x), Avg(y), Max(y), Min(y)

I can easily make separate tables out of them:

Avg(x)Avg(y)
3.312.1

Max(x)Max(y)
515

But I want to combine them into one matrix:

 MaxAvgMin
x53.31
y1512.12

How can I create this visual?
