Hi All,
how is it possible to create the result table below in power query (preferred because of data compression) or dax? Perhaps it could solve the blank values and runnung total's base value calculation problems what I detailed in my previous post:

I don't really know what the column "Value" should be as it's only zeros. But you can get the table with a crossjoin. In DAX that would be as a new table:
ResultTable = CROSSJOIN( MaterialTable, PeriodTable )
But you can also do it in Power Query, what is a little more elegant. Here you just have to add a new column and refer to the second table in the column. Check my example:
