How to combine duplicate dates into a single date in line chart?

I have a line chart associated with data that has multiple values for the same date. I would like values that occur on the same date to be summed and combined into a single date for the line chart.

Hi @brandonab 

Those with the same dates should have been aggregated as one by default so what's in your screenshot is rather odd. Can you please post  a sample pbix?
