How to color code the text in the back end table, so that it can be used in same manner anywhere

I'm trying to create something as mentioned in the below image

I want to create the exact text in red color & red background in the backend column itself so that even if it used it in the filter it is shown in the same format else it will come in black color.

 

I can create the text and color it in the front end table using conditional formatting but the whole background will be colored whereas i only need partial coloring. Apart from this it will not resolve my problem that even if i use it as filter (in tile format) everything will be black
