How to color code background of SINGLE cell based on another

I have data coming from dataverse

Engineer | Availability | TotalCases | Date

user1         Unavailable      0             1/1/2023

User2        Available           2              1/2/2023

I have built out a matrix like below.  How do I highlight a single cell if the text in Availability is "Unavailable"?

So using my example above, if the first engineer on the 6th, if their Availability for that day was Unavailble, we would highlight the backround of that cell.

Unfortunately no.

I am trying to color a cell, based on ANOTHER cell.  That other cell is not presented as a visual in the graph.
