Hi  @sunil222 ,

Are there three different tables containing "Revenue", "Direct Cost", "Gross Margin", " Gross Margin%", you can append the tables into a single table and use the Switch() function to determine this.

In Power Query – Append Queries -- Append Queries as new – Three or more tables -- add

Note:

According to Power BI design, each column of data format needs to be consistent, so when merging multiple tables, Power BI will automatically determine the same data format according to each table, and finally display the same data format, if you want to display the value + percentage in a column, you need to use the Format() function with the switch() function to specify a column data to present the style of the specified data format, but Format() according to the specified format will be converted to text

FORMAT function (DAX) - DAX | Microsoft Learn

If the above doesn't meet your expectations.,can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data. We can better understand the problem and help you.

Liu Yang
