How to clear this filter

Hello there,    I was wondering if somebody can help me whit this issue. I'm trying to remove this filter, but I don't know how. I tried from filter menu on the right, but there is not visible. Pls...

Hi Anonymous 

In Power BI Desktop, please expand the filter pane and remove menioned filter from Visual Level filter or Page Level or Report Level filter

Hello, 

thank you for your respond. That's the problem I can't see the filter on the menu. See the pic below pls:

    Hi Anonymous 

    Before you check checking filter pane, make sure you selected the visual.
    Please check, if there are any other silver in your page
    And please check, if there are any bookmark or sync slicer

      It is selected. And no, there is no bookmarks and sync slicer or etc. 

      Is it possible to be locked from somewhere or something like that?
