I have 3 slicers.
First slicer – To/From (This is single select)
Second slicer – Type (This is single select)
Third slicer – Sub Type (This is multiple selection)
Note: One Type has multiple subtype values. All 3 columns of slicers are coming from same table.
Issue: When one value is selected in the Type slicer and one or more value is selected in Sub Type slicer.
When we change the selection in the Type slicer then the values of the Sub Type slicer in the drop down should change.
But what really happen is, the values in the Sub Type slicer changes based on the new selection but it also keeps the previous selections in the Sub Type slicer. Due to this visual shows blank value.
The ideal scenario should be whenever any selection is made in the Type Slicer, the values in the Sub Type slicer should change accordingly and Sub Type slicer should not show any data value related to previous selection.
Can someone suggest any work around for this? Thank in advance.
Hi @ShekharKr
The easiest way to use Apply All Slicer and Clear All Slicer button.
Please insert these two button or any of them as per your choice
Apply All Slicer button will helps you to select Type & Sub Type button then press the button to apply slicer on the visual
Clear All Slicer button helps to clean all applied slicer & select again Type and SubType
Let me know if that works for you

We already have clear slicer/ reset slicer button in our report. On top of that, we need a solution for discussed scenario as clear slicer is not the direct solution in this case.
Anyways, thank you so much for your response.
