How to clear error when reload data ?

I keep getting error , and i not sure how to deal with it , can some one share how to trouble shoot ?

Hi Phil

thank you for help me on error msg. when i load my rad data , i will get this error msg. 

So when i click on view error msg , it will pop up apply change , i just click and it go off.

when i go to PQ , i see there are many error , where should i do from here ?

@Anonymous , edit data transform/edit query mode, there should be some better error
