How to change work email profile to personal email in Power BI Community

I had my work email account username Anmolgan linked from my work email now I no longer work in that company and cannot able to login using that account since it no longer exist, now I am not able to login and all of my reputation is lost in that account only, is there anyway that account be reset to my current account(as this is my personal one) and all my reputation can be transfered from there, I last accessed that account in 2021 November, is there anyway it can be retrived? or I need to work my way up to that level again?
