How to change the date format in the slice object

I have used a slicer object in one of my current dashboard where the format shown is mm/dd/yyyy however my data has dd/mm/yyyy format. Is it possible to resolve by any means? I need to show the same ...

    Hi somoksarkar,

     

    The value selected from the slicer visual should be the same format as you set in Control Panel -> Region. Please double check if the date format setting in Control Panel is the same as the date format you set in desktop. You can try to update the desktop version to the latest one which released on 17/4/2017.

     

    Also would you please share the image about date format both in desktop and control panel?

        Hi somoksarkar,

         

        It's too strange. I would suggest you create a support ticket and let the Microsoft engineer research on your machine.
