Hi, I'm using direct query to connect a dataset A in my workspace and I have created a lot of measures in the report. Now I want to change the dataset A to dataset B but keep all the measures. How can I do this?
Note: All the queries name are the same in both datasets.
Hi @PBI_newuser ,
As @PIYUSHPRAJAPATI said, this feature is not supported yet.
If you would like to suggest feature improvements, you may vote the idea and comment here to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

I think it is not possible beacause you get the data using the semantic model that already published in the powerbi services and what ever measures and calculated column you have created that limited to the only that semantic model..... That's I know........
If you get the solution or else something just post the reply in this post so, It will help for others.
@PBI_newuser , if you want to change the data source connection, means DB. On desktop, you can do that via, Data Source Setting (Home Tab-> Transform Data -> Data Source Setting)
How to Change Connection Details https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=59PUFuuCrbY
In a few case, you can do that using the Setting of Semantic Model in Power Bi Service.
The deployment pipeline also allows you to do that for Test and Prod
But If you need measures from one semantic model to another you can use ALM toolkit

Hi @amitchandak, I'm getting data from Power BI semantic models. Now I want to change the semantic models from A to B, but keep all measures. How to achieve this?
