How to change Column Header settings (font size, color) in Matrix

I have a table made by the Matrix feature that has a hierarchy column structure. Now, to make the hierarchy clear, I want to change some visualization settings such as:

• Changing the font size/color of the top level (BUSINESS, PLAN,...) to make it bigger than other column levels
• Make only the top-level bold
