How to capture text inputs

Hi Everyone!

I am tryiing to capture text input (sample : 10,20,30,40), & display in dashboard. Could you please suggest to me how can acheive it.

Sorry for that the information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me.

If you want to create such a table:

Please try:

Table = {10,50,100}

Index = RANKX('Table',[Value],,ASC) 

Bin = 
var _pre=CALCULATE(MAX('Table'[Value]),FILTER('Table',[Index]=EARLIER('Table'[Index])-1))
return
IF([Index]=1, "x <"&[Value], _pre&"> x <"&[Value])

Or if you are still confused about it, please provide me with more details about your table and your problem or share me with your pbix file after removing sensitive data.

Thanks for your response. Bin creation has already done from my side. 
Just i want to take input from users for "10,50,100". How can acheive it in Power BI, which visual is suitable for it?
10,50,100 this is user input. user may enter inputs as "93,178, 259", How can i capture it?
Please provide your guidlines on it.

@venug , if you want numeric, You can use what if parameter -https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-what-if

Ford text, you need to create table with one to select and use that

Thanks for your reply. Am working on Migration project & am trying to create dynamic Bins in Power BI, for that want to required user inputs.
User will provide random numbers & will be provide comma seperated values only. I have done everything, excet user input.

Anybody please help on this.
