    Hello Jeff_Ng ,

    In power query editor, pivot the Item column using values Units.

     

    Then in report create a measure

    Measure = (SUM(TableName[Pipe Length(km)])*sum(TableName[Diameter(mm)]))/SUM(TableName[Pipe Length(km)])

Hello Jeff_Ng ,
