How to calculate the difference between two card values no matter the source of the card values

Question

I have 2 card visuals with different values. Is it possible to create a simple math forumla using those two card values and putting the answer in a 3rd card value without manipulating rows and or columns in the data source and going to a ton of trouble?

The 2 card values are coming directly for a SQL server if that helps.

yes, by creating 3 measures.&nbsp;&nbsp;The first 2 for populating the 2 cards, the third that reference the first 2.&nbsp;Without additional details it's impossible to know what kind of calculation you'll need, so if you post some additional detail it might help.

So I understand how to create measures, but the datasets currently have no relationship so using measures isn't going to work at this point.&nbsp; Back to my original question.I need to perform a basic math calculation using the numbers in 2 cards.&nbsp; Assuming measures will not work based on what I said is there another way?&nbsp;Thanks
