Hi everyone!
I'm trying to calculate the arrival rate or arrival frequency (λ) of the calls in order to apply the Erlang formulas and I can't find the way. I need to calculate the arrival rate by dividing it into 4 hour time intervals and doing it for each day of the week.
I have all the data that appears in the image below and I also have whether the calls are completed or abandoned.
Anyone knows if I can calculate what I need and how can I do it?
Thank you in advance!
Kind regards,
Bibi

Hello @v-jianboli-msft ,
Thank you for your reply!
I'm seeing if the call center of my company are running at an optimal performance level. To do this, I'm looking at various statistics, such as the arrival rate. This is used to measure the rate of incoming calls.
I need to calculate the arrival date per hours, for each day of the week and I don't know how to do it in Power BI.
I share my file in case it helps: File
