How to calculate percent of total through table down

I am able to calculate percent of total through powerbi calculation and it is showing the values but the process is default and i am getting the results from left to right. but i need to calculate the percent of total from top to bottom (In tableau we call it as compute using table down). and the calulcation which we have selected show as grand total,
1. How to achieve the results as shown in below image.
2. where the calculation get stored?
3. If i need to use it for different places. how to store the calculation field which helped to get percent of total.
Please help me to achieve it.
