I have Employee Name and Date of Joing I need Today to next 10 day  who they celeberate anniversay

please any body thanks

Below is expecting

Emp Name	Joining date	Expected Output
A	25-09-2018	2 Year
B	25-09-2017	3 YEAR
c	01-10-2018	1 YEAR 11 MONTH

Add the following column to your table in the data model.

Anniversary = 
VAR _Y = ROUND((TODAY() - 10 - [Joining date])/365.25 * 12,0)
VAR _Y1 = INT(_Y /12) 
VAR _M = ((_Y /12)-_Y1)  * 12
RETURN

_Y1 &" Year " & _M & " Month"
