How to calculate averages when dealing with Time

Hi,

I have a column which is Average Speed to Answer, and this is formated as a Date/Time stamp i.e. if the average time to answer is 1 minute, 30 seconds, this would display as 0:01:30.

I need to calculate the average speed to answer on weekly basis which would require some sort of calculation. When adding that column to my visualisations, it only gives me the option to display a count, so I'm wondering what the best approach would be here when dealing with times & averages?

Thanks!
