Hi Folks
I have the following data:
I am trying to calculate the average pages per day - i.e. average pages on a Thursday = xxxx
Have tried a few formulae but can't seem to hit the right one - any ideas?
Thanks
I'm looking for something similar but average per month
Hi @bryan_d,
if you only want the average for one day the solution provided by @MattAllington is the best.
While if you are searching for the average for every day you can try this:

2) after that you can create a measure with this formula: averagePages = AVERAGE(yourTable[Pages])
3) and you obtain this:
Let me know if it works (and if it's what you were searching for).
