How to calculate Mechanical Efficiency for a specific machine type

Good day, I am looking for the correct Dax formula to calculate Mechanical Efficiency for a specific machine type. I used this formula to calculate the ME for all the machines: ME% = Divide(SUM(ME[ProductionTotal]), SUM(ME[ProductionTotal]) + SUM(ME{EqStopTime]),0). It works perfectly but we have 2 Equipment Types: FM (Filling machines) and DS (Down Stream) and I have to calculate the ME% for FM only. I tried to include a filter but keep getting an error. Please assist. Thank you, Susan

@Susan_Colyn  please can you provide a sample of the data in text form

in order to understand the problem, we need to understand what your data looks like, also post the dax equation that threw out the error, best to give as much info as possible to solve the problem

If I took the time to answer your question and I came up with a solution, please mark my post as a solution and /or give kudos freely for the effort 🙂 Thank you!
