How to calcuate index of Accumulated measure

Hi,

I have a request to calculate the index between two years of an accumulated value, split by a dimension (here Product Group).

In the picture below, I have shown the original values (Top left), Index of the original values (bottom left), the accumulated values (Top Right).
The the highlighted table (Bottom Right) is the one I am seeking assistance with as this does not seem to work.

The measure for the accumulated value (Top Right table) is as below:

Now I need to create a measure that takes above measure and calculate this for year 2022 and year 2021 and do;

Index of Accumulated = ([Accumulated 2022] / [Accumulated 2021]) * 100

@Daniel23 , for this year vs last year, you should use date table and time intelligence

example last year

Year behind Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,Year))
Year behind Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR('Date'[Date]))

last year MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-12,MONTH)))
Previous year Month Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),previousmonth(dateadd('Date'[Date],-11,MONTH)))
last year MTD (complete) Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(ENDOFMONTH(dateadd('Date'[Date],-12,MONTH))))
