How to burst to Excel

Hi all.

i have a report like the screenshot.

MDekker_0-1680613162009.png

No RLS, just a simple table. I run it as administrator.  I need to export this into separate Excel files, separated on Country.  So with the above data, i would like to have 4 files, each with the corresponding records in it. Any idea how to accomplish this?

Hi, @MDekker

You can try the following methods.
In the Power Query, select the Region and Country columns and select Group by.

Result1:

Then copy the table in 4 copies.

Each table expands one Table.

Is this the result you expect?

Hello, @v-zhangti!
For the Netherlands file, it would only contain two records. Like

The Belgium file will have 2 records, the USA file just one, just like Mexico.

In total i expect about 140 files, each with a portion of the data.
In the above example I used Regio and Country just for sake of clarity. The actual report will contain sales regions and locations, but that 'behaves' in a similar way as the example show here.

regards, Marco

Hi, @MDekker

What would the output of the four files look like in your expectation? Is it all as shown in the screenshot?
