How to build chart without scrollbar (X axis = Day Name & Hour | Y axis = Income)

Hi everyone. I've spent 1 week trying to figure it out how to solve this issue.
I'd like to build a chart with :
- 2 values for X axis  (Day Names)

Value 1: Day Name such as Mon - Tues - Wed ... Sun

  Value 2: Hours: 0, 1, 2, 3.

- 1 value

Income : €

I can build the chart but there is a scrollbar which is very annoying. How to hide that scrollbar in order to have the entire chart?

I know I can use these options "Continuous" instead of "Catogerical.

But the "Continuous" option is not available sinces (I guess) "Value 1: Day Name" is in text format. So how to solve this?

Can you please help? How would you build this type of chart?

it doesn't even work when day is text or number format.

@Ulrich00132 , You have to limit the data in visual. I doubt any option to hide scroll bar
