Hi @goyalsa
Technically you can achieve your goal using a combo chart with 2 Y axes.
You can follow this tutorial:
https://bielite.com/blog/percent-data-labels/
From the side of effective Data visualization, the stacked chart is very challenging to read, and if you add more pixels of data, that will confuse graph readers even more.
Please see my blog post about this issue:
"Home experiments" and stacked bar graphs (madeiradata.com)
I highly recommend using small multiples instead of stacked charts and putting your percentages on a tooltip.
Something like this:

Hi,
I am not sure how your datamodel looks like, but I tried to create a sample pbix file like below.
Please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.
I hope the below can provide some ideas on how to create a solution for your datamodel.
Custom Label measure: =
COUNTROWS ( Data ) & " | "
& FORMAT (
DIVIDE (
COUNTROWS ( Data ),
CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( Data ), ALL ( 'Cleaning Type'[Cleaning Type] ) )
),
"#0.00%"
)
