How to brings two tables under single border

Add a rectangular shape (in the ribbon, select "Insert" and go to "Shapes") and format accordingly. Select the shape and under Format, select the option "Send to the back".
Here is an image to help. If you go to View / Selection in the ribbon, you can drag the shape to the bottom of the object layers, and under Format Shape / General, enable the option "Maintain layer order". This will stop the shape from being brought to the front when users click on it once published to the service:

Pls help us to have two tables inside a box or shape, the two tables have scroller (Beacuse tables have 15 columns). so full table is not fit inside the text box or shape. Thanks
