How to avoid Circular dependancy in Interest payment calculations

please help me to solve problem with circular dependancy in loan amortization schedule.

How can I avoid such error in my function, if Interest is calculated based on Beggining balance????

I don't use financial function. This is specific case with current first interest payment, and others are calculated.
