How to automate when updated data is from different files

Hi all,

I have a chart showing the inventory of warehouses.  Usually the updated data is uploaded to a sharepoint daily, and the format of the files is the same as the original execl file.  Currently, I copy data from the latest file and paste it to the original data source and refresh the data set every day.  

Is there any way to automate the process?
