Advocate IIIHow to automate report printing
Hello.
First off, as a disclaimer: I'm not buying PowerBI Robots, thank you very much.
I need to accomplish automated printing of reports. PBI is not intented for this, but could it be done with Power BI Report Server or any technology of Power BI family?
Some smaller questions in their scope:
If I add RLS to a report, can I somehow automate printing so that it would iterate through all the customers?
Can report published to web be parametrized and queried - e.g. with an API? Not before this spring I assume (saw API coming up).
Do any of you good people have experience of mass printing PBI reports? Any lessons learned?

PS. I bet PowerBI Robots is really good, but it's not the solution I'm looking for here. So please, no need to advertise it here.

One of the best options is to use PBI alongisde with Power Automate.
Check the post below with an explanation on how to achieve this, be aware that I have not tested it out for myself (although I have some experience with Power Automate), but maybe if a few adjustments this can be a solution.
If I believe that you are refering to full reports and not only some specific pages you can make the subscription and that enables you to send out e-mails with images at specific intervals.
