How to apply conditional formatting to specific rows?

Good morning to everybody. I have a matrix in power bi and I need to apply conditional formatting (minimum and maximum) to those 3 marked rows. How could I do it? Thank you very much in advance.

@Anonymous , In matrix visual you do conditional formatting row field. You can only do for values.

You can create a measure and use that in conditional formatting using the field value option
