How to apply Sync slicer between two deferent reports.

Hi PBI Community,
I have two reports (Main report and Sub report), The sub report is connected through URL to main report. The requirement is, If I filter anything from main report through slicer, the same filteration should be applied in the sub report as well.

Hi @E_Ubedulla ,

You will need to leverage the URL filtering capabilities of Power BI. URL filters allow you to pass filter context through a URL to another report, ensuring that the same filtration is applied in the sub-report as it is in the main report.

  • Determine the field(s) you are using in the slicer of your main report that you wish to pass to the sub-report.
  • Modify the URL of your sub-report to include URL filter parameters.
